Ken Sams, my father, died in 2003, but not before he published Flying Toys - which tells how you can make your own UFO SAM, the patented rotary kite which he invented and marketed worldwide. Gregory Sams, my brother, co-founded Whole Earth Foods with me (originally trading as Yin Yang Ltd, Seed Restaurant, Ceres Grain Shop, Harmony Foods and Ceres Bakery).
